Postage & Packaging:

Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct address is entered at checkout. Tint Swimwear will not be responsible for any lost packages where the incorrect address has been given.

U.K

  • FREE Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48 - on purchases over £100)
  • Standard 3-5 Working Days - £3.95
  • Express (Guaranteed delivery by 1pm* the next working day/Saturday) - £7.95

*Orders must be placed before 11am Monday - Friday to qualify for next day delivery.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched and further information will be given in your order confirmation. 

Please note: Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays (including public holidays) will be processed on Mondays. All expected delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays.

EUROPE

  • Tracked Delivery (estimated 7-10 days)- $15.00 USD
  • FREE Express Tracked Delivery (estimated 7-10 days) - All orders over $200 USD

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Please note all prices exclude any customs and tax that you may be charged upon delivery. We are not responsible for any taxes and it is your duty to find out how much these will be according to the country of delivery. You will not incur additional customs, duties or tax costs within the UK.

If any items are returned to us following a refusal to pay taxes, you will be refunded the value of your order minus any taxes, re-delivery fees and any other additional charges we incur. This is non-negotiable.

What is your return policy?

We offer returns on all swimwear within 14 days of delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your order was fulfilled, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund. All return fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure any items that you are returning are unworn and in original packaging. The hygiene sticker must not have been removed. TINT Swimwear reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return requirements. 

How do I return an item?

  1. Please complete the returns form provided with your order and include it in your return. You must ensure all returned items are in their original packaging and that all tags and the hygiene sticker has not been removed.
  2. Return your unwanted items to the address at the bottom of the page. Once the return is received, we will check the items returned to ensure they are in perfect condition. Please do not remove hygiene sticker from bottoms if returning. 

Please Note: shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is at your own expense. As such we recommend you send it via a tracked service. We will not be liable for any lost parcels.

How soon will I get my refund?

Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your return, if the return passes inspection we will issue the refund to the account you made the payment through. Payment can take between 4-6 working days. Shipping is non-refundable.


Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately we don’t offer exchanges at the moment however you are welcome to order a new item and we will gladly refund your original purchase as per our refund policy.


How long until my order ships?

We usually process your order within 1 working day. 


Can I change/edit/cancel my order?

We process your order immediately. Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes.


Which countries do you ship to?

We ship from the UK, globally around the world with our shipping partners. Please note that shipping, customs and duties costs may vary depending on destination. 


How should I care for and wash my swimsuit?

To keep your TINT swimwear in optimum condition, please follow our simple care instructions listed below:

Use a gentle detergent and wash your swimwear in cold water (30 degrees maximum) as soon as possible after wearing. Rinse thoroughly and lay your swimwear flat to dry in the shade. Never ring out the fabric as this could cause stretching and wear the fabric. 

Please note that sunscreen and chlorine can cause extreme damage and discolour to suits so we recommend being cautious if coming into contact with these substances.
