Our Returns policy lasts for 14 days after a customer has received their order.
If 14 days has passed since your order was fulfilled, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
1. Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or is unable to be resold for reasons not due to our error.
2. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
How to Return a product (please follow the process below):
1. Please complete the returns form provided with your order and include it in your return. You must ensure all returned items are in their original packaging and that all tags and the hygiene sticker has not been removed.
2. Return your unwanted items to the address at the bottom of the page. Once the return is received, we will check the items returned to ensure they are in perfect condition. Please do not remove hygiene sticker from bottoms if returning.
3. Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your return, if the return passes inspection we will issue the refund to the account you made the payment through. Payment can take between 4-6 working days.
Please Note: shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is at your own expense. As such we recommend you send it via a tracked service.
